清掃は行き届いていたが、キャンセルポリシーが厳しく、連絡も不便であった。人数変更で追加を支払ったが、タオルの数は変更前のものであり、Wi-Fiは変更されていたがマニュアルに反映されていないようであった。　備品についてももう少し詳細が分かれば良いと思った。
