Ideally located on a small bay off the Pamlico Sound in Avon, OBX, North Carolina. If you love water activities, this is the place. Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and just floating off the dock and small launch area. Close to the ocean beaches and acivities in Buxton, Hateras and Avon. Loved the house, clean, well stocked. We cooked for 24 one day and had plenty of pans, utensils, and space. A/C was excellent, the deck is amazing with plenty of comfortable, sturdy chairs. Lots of great relaxation space including a cool three seasons reading and game room. Beds were comfy. Overall it was an excellent experience for us. Check-in and out was a breeze and as expected.

Rest and Relaxation at Windfall

Windfall was in the perfect location! It was waterfront at the Pamlico Bay on an inlet so fishing and kayaking were perfect here and it was just blocks from the Oceanside. We enjoyed the deck each morning to view all the wildlife and in the evening to enjoy the beauty of the sunsets! The house is comfortable and updated so nicely. It felt like a home away from home and we cannot wait to return here.
