This truly impressive, two level, five bedroom, ski-in, ski-out estate is so fabulous it may be difficult to depart for a day of skiing or hiking. This residence showcases a family room with hardwood flooring, a desk/work space, gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, an epicurean kitchen with granite countertops and superior appliances (including a gas range), as well as a dining area with a wet bar and custom beamwork overhead. Additional features include dual master suites, each with king bed and an attached, lavish bathroom and sitting area (one has a gas fireplace and mini refrigerator), and three additional guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (one has a king bed, one has a queen bed, the other has a king with two lofted twin beds). The residence also offers a private sauna, washer/dryer, furnished deck and garage parking.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Perfect spot for Beaver Creek

This house was perfect for 5 couples to stay for a long weekend of skiing! The place was beautiful and very clean. Enough rooms and beds for everyone and big kitchen and living room space to hang out each night. The condo is a short walking distance to my main town area of Beaver Creek and there is also a free shuttle that runs back and forth. The lifts for skiing were very close that you could walk or take the shuttle. Highly recommend this place for families or friends traveling together!
