Minutes to Beaver Creek and Vail Private Hot Tub Bunk Room 5 Baths In Town

A 5-bedroom Vail Valley lodge that's hosted ski trips, family reunions, and milestone birthdays. Sleeps 13 across 5 bedrooms, each on its own half-level so every couple gets real privacy.
Two kings, two queens, a full-over-full bunk room, a twin loft above the barnwood master, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Private hot tub, vaulted ceilings, an expandable dining table that fits the whole group, three parking spots.
Walk to Avon's free shuttle for Vail and Beaver Creek connections.

The five bedrooms are staggered across half-levels so every couple has its own floor — the kind of layout that makes a group trip feel like a private retreat instead of a dorm.
The barnwood master is the room someone always claims first. Hand-finished plaster walls, exposed dark beam ceiling, an ornate sleigh bed, and an en-suite bath — plus an iron ladder up to a small loft with a twin mattress, perfect for a kid or a night owl with a book.
The two king rooms and two queen rooms are bright and quiet, each with great light. The bunk room (full-over-full) works equally well for kids or adults. And if you need to sneak in one more couple, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
Open kitchen with an expandable dining table that fits the whole group. Gas grill on the front balcony off the living room. Large laundry room with washer and dryer, and two Pack-n-Plays in the unit for traveling families. The hot tub stays hot year-round.

Digital keypad lock for self check-in — arrive whenever works for you. Full private use of the entire townhouse, plus three dedicated parking spots out front.

No smoking inside the unit. Back deck and private balconies are 420-friendly. The indoor fireplace is decorative only. Stays over 30 days require additional weekly cleaning. The garage is locked off for owner storage.
Need room for one more couple? I host a private studio (Avon Adventure Basecamp) directly next door — message me and I'll help coordinate the two together. And for a no-effort group dinner, I run Fondue at Home (fondueathome.com), gourmet Swiss fondue delivered and set up right in the house — a hit with groups like the ones who book here.

Spring ski

Great location. Some highway noise. Small kitchen for a place with 5 bedrooms. Bathrooms are small and basic. Close to skiing and dining but not walking close.

Need To Prepare For It

The space is outdated, and outlets, do not work in some rooms. This is a good location. Parking will be challenging if you have more than 3 cars

Great for a group

We were a large group of friends (10 of us) staying at this house for a long weekend, for a wedding in nearby Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch. The house was fantastic for us--room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and beds, and super clean! The living room and dining area were bigger than they looked from the photos, and really comfortable for hanging out in as a group. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was juuuust outside the Beaver Creek shuttle range, but we found that Ubers were available until at least midnight, and the parking lot for picking up the free shuttle was a close drive. We had a great stay at this house and highly recommend it!

Vail Wedding Weekend

We were very pleased with the way the unit was stocked. Plenty of paper products, dishes, utensils and even fresh dried spices. There were a couple of issues. The lower room bedroom has no closet and the bureau drawers were so warped they wouldn't open. The entry way bedroom could use a chest of drawers. The dining room table chairs are rough and a couple of folks got splinters. This is a large unit and three parking spaces is a challenge. Walking two blocks for overflow parking is not really convenient but doable. It was a warm weekend and the lack of air conditioning made the upper bedrooms quite warm. Thankfully there were fans.

Nice location and comfortable rooms

We really enjoyed our vacation at this property ~ enough rooms for 12 people, comfortable beds, good privacy for each room, and kids had the great time to slide at the hills in the back yard! Most of all, the manager had been very responsive and helpful! Thank you Derek!

Comfortable Stay

This place was very roomy for 12 people. Communication with the host was quick and easy. It was right off the interstate so getting to beaver creek resort was no problem, and getting to vail resort was just a 20 minute drive. Great stay overall.

Nice Getaway

The property had room for four couples to each have our own private space and bathroom on separate levels. The location was great to access places in Avon with very little driving as well as nearby towns. We asked for local recommendations for food and drink, and the host had some excellent ones. In places, the property seems a little tired and could be perked up with some paint, but we enjoyed our stay. It was just right for our needs, and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Avon - party of 11

We had a great time in this house In late summer. Location is very convenient, right off I-70, minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. Cool hiking right out the backyard. Comfortably slept 11 people, mostly teenagers and adults. Hot tub is really nice and the guitar is a nice touch.
