Just inside on the ground level, a ping-pong table is ready to bring out the competitive spirit. The first of the home’s bedrooms, an ensuite queen master is also located here. To ensure accessibility for all family members — including two dogs — the home is equipped with an all-level elevator.

Five more bedrooms occupy the third level including one queen with a slider to a deck that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a pyramid bunk room; two master bedrooms, a king and a queen, feature sliders to the deck. Completing the bedrooms on this level is another king master featuring a jetted tub. All of these rooms share access to an open and airy lounging area with a Smart TV. The final bedroom, a king master is located on the top level with convenient access to the great room.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Elevators alone do not guarantee full wheelchair accessibility.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
