The meandering roads through the lush greenery of the Kinnakeet Shores soundside community provide opportunity for morning strolls and evening bicycle rides. Travel the multi-use path to restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Beach access is just a few blocks away using the small bridge over the community lake. And best of all, EDEN offers views of both the ocean and the sound for sunrise and sunset viewing from the house. Entertainment options include sparkling private swimming pool with poolside Tiki bar and soothing waters of the bubbly hot tub nearby. The game room is just inside the sliders for enjoying a game of pool or try your luck at the poker table. A wet bar with mini fridge gives place to store snacks and drinks A full bath and bedroom with two pyramid bunks round out this level. Upstairs on the mid-level are three more bedrooms, two kings share a common full bath and the third is a king master with private bath. All three bedrooms have access to the deck and all bedrooms in the home have their own TV. The mid-level den provides a respite from the group to relax and watch your favorite show or movie on the home theater system with surround sound. Upstairs, gather in the spacious great room for conversation and fellowship. Prepare succulent temptations in the well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and lots of counterspace. Step out onto the sun deck to relax in the sun or spend time in the screened porch and see views of the ocean. The loft above the great room has a desk and sound views. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
