Saint James Place PL4

This single-level retreat offers a family room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace and custom beamwork; a full kitchen with granite countertops; plus a dining table for eight. Additional features include two guest suites (each has an attached bathroom and king size bed, primary has a fireplace and soaker tub), a third bedroom with queen bed, and the fourth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, a ski room, and private entrance off the courtyard.

Guests will enjoy relaxing on the furnished, outdoor terrace as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna and on-site ski shop are also available.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.
