Saint James Place 427

This magnificently remodeled and appointed top floor mountain retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a great room with a stone-clad gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table for six. Additional features include two guest suites, each with a king size bed and spa-inspired, attached bathroom, designer lighting, hardwood flooring, a washer/dryer closet, and two parking spaces. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Guests will appreciate mountain and Park Hyatt views from the furnished terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the Village and base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and sauna are also available.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.

Overrated

Nobody there to check us in. Had to wait over 2 hours to get into the room. Person that was supposed to check us in went home early, took the keys and went to bed. The host was a ghost. Never got back to us at all. Not even now. Don’t believe they exist.St james was understaffed and couldn’t help with luggage. Place was way overpriced
