Your family will be close to everything Avon/Beaver Creek has to offer when you stay at our beautiful vacation home in Lift View. Enjoy our spacious first floor condo along with our riverfront patio. Rustic elegance, kid friendly, great for 2 couples. Sit in our hanging swings and listen to the Eagle river with a glass of wine. Just steps out your back door to walking path. Stroll along the river to enjoy dinner at the Westin or a day of paddle boarding at Nottingham Park.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Your family will be close to everything in Beaver Creek/Avon when you stay at our beautiful vacation home. Walking distance to Nottingham Park for fun in the sun actives or enjoy the winter frozen area to play hockey/ ice skate. Lots of shopping and eateries
steps from your door. Bear Lot is within walking distance having you at the base of Beaver Creek in 7mins. Easy access to the free Avon bus system and recreation path for walking along the river and biking into town.

Your home away from home is very close to the free shuttle at the Bear Lot, and the Beaver Creek Landing ski lift. No need to find parking and lug your ski n ride equipment through town. If you have little kids, you know how hard that can get! There’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right down the street, Agave, with $1 taco’s on Tuesdays and some delicious Margaritas.

From the over-sized couch to an open-concept living space, we pride ourselves on making your vacation the best it can be and that starts with the cleanliness and amenities of our condo. Relax and enjoy luxury finishes and furniture and linens. We hope you’ll have the perfect mountain vacation! Once in the condo, put up your feet and relax. We have 3 Smart tv’s and internet for your enjoyment.

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $100 per pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest.

Pet friendly. Clean. The property manager did not know all the HOA property parking rules. My friend had an oversized vehicle and we spent an inordinate amount of time working with the property manager and others to secure safe parking. It would’ve been very helpful to know this prior to booking

Bottom floor unit and heavy early morning footsteps daily. Cleaners had not done laundry and beds, but agency sent a team the next day. It’s an older unit that needs some attention to detail such as drapery rod pulled away from wall, blinds needing replacement. Overall it is an adequate rental in a good location. Property mgt responded quickly to issues and questions
