Located in the heart of Avon, our luxurious 1250 square foot, 2 BR, 2 BA top floor suite offers ski-in/out access to Beaver Creek Resort via the gondola. Enjoy ultimate convenience with the ski valet, which brings your skis right outside your door, and unmatched views of the mountain and the Eagle River.

This platinum rated condo features wood floors, an open floor plan with mountain views from the spacious living room and the 2 bedrooms, gas fireplace, 2 comfy sofas (one with a pull out bed), and a dining area which seats 6 people, LCD flat screen TV, and WiFi.

Relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the western views of Beaver Creek Mountain and the Eagle River. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen which features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a drip coffee maker.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 2 closets, a safe, 32' inch LCD flat screen TV, and an iHome alarm clock radio. The work desk area has dual phone lines, and high speed internet access. The master bathroom boasts a 5 piece bath with 2 marble vanities, walk-in glass shower, and a large soaking tub. After a day of skiing, enjoy a hot shower followed by relaxing in our spa robes.

The 2nd bedroom includes 2 queen size beds you can relax in and watch TV on another LCD flat screen. There is also an in room safe, a mini refrigerator, a work desk, high speed internet access, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub/shower, and a large vanity, and spa robes to enjoy.

Amenities at the Riverfront Resort & Spa include a 23,000 square foot Anjali spa & Riverfront Club workout facility which offers a complete menu of spa services, pilates, yoga, a variety of other classes and exercise machines, including a sauna and locker room. A 25 foot lap saline pool to enjoy, plus 3 infinity hot tubs to relax in, 2 onsite restaurants, including award winning Maya Restaurant for happy hour or dinner. There is also a new Starbucks, and the lift restaurant either for breakfast or lunch.

The resort offers on-site ski and bike rentals, a full service business center, lobby check in, and a happening lobby bar with live music and outdoor fire pits with amazing views.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Note: This is a short term rental, 2 bedroom condo in the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa managed by an outside property management company. Cleaning during stays is an extra cost that is available by request of guests prior to arrival.
