Part of our 3 week trip to Colorado

The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working properly and Alex, the property manager was fabulous. He got right on it and it was fixed within a day.! My only disappointment was no freezer. When Betsy was not there on Saturday and Sunday, I had to walk down to the Westin for ice. Alex was kind enough to give us a bottle of wine when we left to help compensate for no freezer. He was EXTREMELY helpful during the entire visit
