A master bedroom with two singles and private bath is also on this level. Just outside, the cool waters of the private swimming pool will refresh you and the 6 person hot tub will soothe you. On the mid-level there are three bedrooms, one of which is a king master with private bath. The second king has a semi-private bath with an entrance from both the room as well as the hallway which allows for easy access from the middle room containing a regular as well as a pyramid bunk. Upstairs, the great room features great ocean views, and home theater system with 47" flat screen LED energy saver TV and surround sound which makes you feel like you're part of the action. Take advantage of the complimentary wireless and hardwire high speed internet. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)

New for 2025: The second-level master bathroom will be completely remodeled with new flooring, new lighting, a walk-in shower, and a new toilet and vanity!
New for 2024: All TVs are now Smart TVs. New LVP flooring in all four bedrooms and new carpet installed on the stairs.

Also new for 2023, a six-foot-long fish cleaning station with lights and water will be added off the first-floor deck. Bring the day's fresh catch home to enjoy with the whole family! Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
