Inside on the ground level discover a home theater where you can settle into comfy seating for 15 and stream your family’s favorite movies on the Smart projection system with surround sound. A bar area and half-bath are conveniently close by. Also on this level is a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a shower/tub and a slider out to the deck.

Along with a four-person hot tub located under cover and protected from the elements on the deck, four more bedrooms occupy the second level. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
