Choose from four comfortable bedrooms on the mid-level of the home, including a bright and sunny master bedroom (king) with its own private deck and en-suite bath; a second master bedroom (queen) with en-suite bath, and two bedrooms (queen, 2 single) sharing a common bath. The private hot tub deck is located on this level near the front door. On the ground level is a large game room with its own separate entrance, which provides a four-in-one game table (foosball, table tennis, pool and air hockey), large screen TV, and convenient wet bar. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
