If you're looking for something fancy, this is not the place for you. Furniture is old, paneling on the walls. Some burners on the stove do not work. There are no instructions to get the TV working in the living room and the coffee pot did not work. Thought i had vertigo but the house sways frequently.It is a short walk to the beach. Ocean view from the deck. There's a large carport. The pool and hot tub are great

Great location, great views, ceiling fans, pool and hot tub make this a cozy and fun spot.

We vacation annually with our daughters’ best friends and their family. We stay all over the Banks. This house was perfect for them and us - the pool and hot tub were clean and were cleaned again mid-week. Ceiling fans helped the AC keep pace with the July 2023 heat wave. The kitchen is well-supplied for cooking anything you could imagine. The sofas are comfy and there is a good amount of seating. There is a decent view of the sea despite being second row. Dining room table fit us all - 8 people. There was an extra table for a puzzle and an extra side room/sunroom where we spent a lot of time. There were several details that could improved and we notified Vacasa of those. With an overhaul this house could charge double so get it before they renovate! There is a ton to do in Avon and our teens took full advantage of the fantastic week here. Thank you for sharing your house with our family!
