Eagle-Vail Ski House with Fireplace

Our cozy mountain townhouse is located in the heart of the Vail Valley on the beautiful Eagle Vail Golf Course. The Eagle Vail neighborhood is quiet, pedestrian-friendly, and filled with community parks/swimming pool. It’s approx. 2 miles to Beaver Creek ski area and ~7 miles to Vail. The ECO Bus Route is close by and provides transportation to and from the resorts, as well as the option of Uber (now in Vail and surrounding areas!). The townhouse is not far from Avon, Edwards, or Vail Village, which all have plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is also an assortment of restaurants and stores in Eagle-Vail off Highway 6 (approx. 3-4 mins from the townhouse). I’m happy to answer more specific questions pertaining to what you’re hoping your time away would include or look like! It truly is our happy place that we have spent years enjoying.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Nice condo in a great location

Nice condo for our family in a great location with access to the winter trail on the golf course right out the door (walking or classic cross country skiing) and the Eagle Vail trail for snowshoeing. We were visiting the area for a cross country ski race at Maloit Park in Minturn, which was an easing 15 minute drive from the condo.

Great family stay!

Perfect size for our two families of 4 to stay. Basement room was perfect for two kids plus the three bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy checkin / checkout. Lots of board games and post ski activities. Great location between Vail and Beaver Creek. Would recommend. Thanks!!

Memorable Vacation in the Mountains

I cannot say enough good things about this home! The location was superb situated between Beaver Creek and Vail, we could get to either resort within minutes. The view was incredible looking out to the mountains! Being situated on the golf course it was a short walk up hill for the kids to go sledding. We loved sitting by the fireplace after a long day of skiing. The host was very communicative! The home had everything we could have asked for and more!!! We are looking forward to returning in spring.
