The house Manager Alan was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the area and very attentive to all our needs! I’d give him 5 stars in every area! The house could use some updating for sure tho, we had a few issues that were handled immediately and professionally, Alan went above and beyond to make sure of that! Maybe it was because the house was for sale and the current owners didn’t want to put anymore money into it but the house had a few areas that could use some TLC. We needed to pull the stove out and plug it in and use)m… it was spotless back there!!! Very shocking just how clean it was behind the stove yet still pet hair on all the cushions from the tenants before. We knew it was a dog friendly house but we chose to not bring animals. You are charged an extra cleaning fee when bringing the animals so you’d think you wouldn’t have pet hair sticking to your leggings every time you stood up from the chairs and clumps of hair and dust in the corners of the living room. Also why is it in the check out requirements to empty and clean/wipe down the fridge? Didn’t we pay cleaning fee?Bedrooms were beautiful although I think the “BYO sheets off season” thing is ridiculous… what an inconvenience just to make you spend more… just raise the rate and include the dang linens, would make you look less stingy, just my suggestion Elevator was SLOW and LOUD but huge help getting bags and groceries up 4 flights day 1! Pool - Ok, fence was rotted and hot tub was tiny kids had fun tho
