The views, the cleanliness, the amenities – where do I start? This is a beautiful property with great space for 8-10 guests. They had so many fun little touches in the kitchen and around the home. It was easy access and several family members enjoyed the hot tub on property. We would love to return one day!

Perfect Beaver Creek Getaway

The property was amazing and would definitely stay again! I feel like the listing and communication was just a touch unclear in some aspects, but that wouldn't deter me from recommending this property. Small example when I was clarifying sleeping details as I saw 8 spots, but the listing says sleeps 10...the listing says twin bunk bed and when I asked for more details they confirmed 1 bunk bed with single beds, but its actually a single top, double bottom, and a trundle bed underneath. Could've had a couple more people stay with us.

Great place to stay

This property was great. The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 was that the place was hard to cool upstairs (we went when it was quite warm outside). Even with the window open, the upstairs didn’t cool down quickly. But, other than that it was great. It was very clean and well maintained. It was It’s protected from highway noise and very easy to get in and out. There are two decks next to a creek that was a great place to spend a bit of time. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location near Beaver Creek

Nice place with a pretty view of a bubbling brook. As advertised and very close to Beaver Creek as well as retail and restaurants. Must be able to climb two flights of stairs. Will stay there again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our stay and was just minutes from BeaverCreek. It was exactly as listed and the host checked in on us regularly. We will definitely return.

Hope to be back!

The property has a lovely location right on Eagle River, which you can listen to (and even look for an eagle - we spotted on coasting up the river, it was quite magical), where you can easily access the ski areas, various restaurant and super market options, and there's a great spa and starbucks very close by. We did some of the stay without a car, and it was easy enough to use the buses to get around, or an ocassional uber. The house itself is great, with spacious bedrooms and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, with lots of utensils and cookware. The lighting is a bit strange, and it would be much better if the TVs were not only in the bedrooms (i.e., wallmounted for kitchen / livingroom) Hope to be back! There is a hot tub, but it is a bit of a walk so bring something that will keep you warm for it.

Overall great stay

We were very happy with the unit as far as it being spacious and clean and nice. The only thing I would comment on is that in the "amenities" regarding the unit on the website it says the unit has air condition and people who stay there ahead of time should know that there is not central AC. They offer portable AC units you have to set up yourself and only 2 and one in upstairs bedroom and one in living room but the master bedroom and other bedroom do not have any AC. The winter time would be perfect but we were there in July and although it did cool off at night and was comfortable enough I would have preferred to have known this going in then finding out when we already arrived.

Great time in Avon.

Great hosts. Very clean. Hosts very responsive. Good location if driving to places in Avon or Vail. Would not recommend using the local bus system if you have a vehicle available- takes longer to get to the slopes, around town. Would also recommend hosts putting TV in family room. Otherwise loved the condo and would rent again.

Perfect ski vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautifully done, spacious, very clean and the location was perfect since we skied both Vail and Beaver Creek. The setting by the river was so serene and relaxing. Communication was excellent and all instructions were very clear. We cannot wait until the next time we are able to stay and enjoy this home.

Great place for family of 6

Just had a quick ski trip with the family. Kitchen was great for nightly dinners and pre-ski breakfasts. Owners were super attentive and quick to respond to questions during our stay. Our crew decided not to walk to the gondola and found a quick car commute to the Elk Lot to be an efficient way to get to the mountain each morning. Groceries and Starbucks close by and the view of the river was beautiful! I can tell that the Ramirez brothers really care about their guests and that means a lot!!

Beaver Creek Review

Beautiful place. Location is great to catch shuttle or gondola to ski lifts. Condo was very clean and the owners left little surprises which was a very nice touch. Owners are very responsive and answered questions quickly.
