The cottage itself, a classic cedar-shake saltbox offers views of both the ocean and sound from the spacious, well-furnished upper and lower decks. The main level, sporting a fresh look this year with newly laid bamboo flooring and a new paint has living/dining area with cathedral ceilings, a queen bedroom, full bath, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with pantry closet which opens onto a large, screened porch with picnic table and access to the covered lower deck. The upper level has a king and bunk bedroom, a full bath, and access to the large upper deck; it also features a cozy loft area with double-bed futon/sofa and table and chairs for a quiet reading area, a lively card game, or a fourth sleeping space. The entry level has secure inside storage for all your gear, washer and dryer, and access to the enclosed outside shower. The shelling and fish-cleaning table and charcoal grill are next to the under-house parking area. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
