The spacious, furnished deck is the perfect respite after a day on the water, offering built-in seating to help you relax and unwind. Or, you can take in the lovely cove, sound, and sunset views from the second-floor living room, also known affectionately as the sunset lounge.
When it's time to retire for the evening, choose among four inviting bedrooms, including a queen primary bedroom. Additional amenities include six TVs, six DVD players (two are Blu-rays), and high-speed WiFi for your laptop.
With plenty to do both on and off the water, you'll want to return to Fins Up year after year.

Nice house/ not ideal for Boat
The house was nice. However, I was hoping to be able to use the dock for my boat. The water is roughly mid -thigh deep. Also, the picture shows a ramp right beside of the house and that is no longer the case. There were other options but they were not ideal either. Also, there is a separate charge for the dogs.

Spring Break Trip
Great Location!! Beautiful views of the sound and convenient to everything in Avon. The house was perfect for our family!! House was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!
