Hotel Room at the Charter

This room was exactly what we needed for two adults that wanted to get away for a weekend of skiing and a very decent price compared to other units! This unit is located at the Charter Hotel so you have access to all the hotel amenities plus ski in and ski out. There is also a ski rental shop onsite.Beds are comfortable and was a well cleaned room. Bathroom and bathroom area does need some updating and has a bit of an older feel. However we could tell that from the pictures when booking.The only reason we did not give this a 5 star review is the room is essentially in the basement of the property and takes a lot of weaving/navigating through the property to get to it. Also, when you check in at the front desk they give you a check in paper that outlines the amenities and housekeeping service that you receive which is misleading because you do not get any housekeeping during your stay with this booking. I think it would be nice for the host to give you the option to opt into the hotel housekeeping amenity even if it is an additional fee! Also the number of towels in the unit was minimal and was only enough for two people. If you have more than two, you would have been really lacking in towels.Regardless, overall would recommend this booking!
