Wonderful two bedroom South Strand unit, the most popular block of units on the Avoca Beachfront. This upstairs unit is situated right behind the patrol flags. Relax on the balcony and soak up the beachside ambience.

There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, however, everything else that you require is there. Lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with views of the beach.

protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
