Le studio est propre et bien équipé.L'emplacement est idéal pour les festivaliers ou les touristes désirant découvrir Avignon.Seul bémol : l'inconvénient de l'emplacement en centre ville expose à un environnement bruyant ; il est difficile de s'en affranchir la nuit car l'absence de climatisation oblige à dormir fenêtres ouvertes .
