This beautiful 4 **** gite, located in the Natura 2000 area in the Loire Valley, offers large volumes for 10 people. It is located in one of the old buildings of the agricultural domain of Champouteau, specialized in organic farming, next to the owner's house, all not overlooked.
The property is located 10 minutes from exit 17 of the A10 motorway, in Blois.
On the ground floor: entrance, open fitted kitchen, large living / dining room, bedroom (160 bed) with toilet area, shower room with large shower, separate WC.
On the 1st floor: large bedroom (1 160 cm bed, 1 baby bed and 1 90 seat, toilet area), bedroom (4 90 beds), library room (2 90 beds and 80 sofa bed), bathroom with tub , Separate WC.
Green areas 1500 m2, portico. private terrace and parking.
Available JACUZZI 5 places and heated POOL from mail to September.
Central heating included.
Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included.
