The 59 m² apartment 'Mut Residenze Moritz' is located in the small mountain village of Hafling (Avelengo) near Merano (Meran) and is also called the sun terrace of Merano. The apartment is part of an architectural jewel and offers a great mountain panorama. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Please be aware that the bedroom with the two single beds is connected to the living room and only partially separated by the kitchen wall. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby crib is also available upon request. In addition, the apartment offers a private terrace with seating furniture and a barbecue, as well as a garden. Here you can fully enjoy the vacation idyll and panoramic view. The shared sauna can also be used privately for a small extra charge. A pizzeria with a café is just 1 km from the accommodation (10-minute walk, 2-minute drive). The nearest bakery is a 16-minute drive away (11 km), as is the nearest supermarket. The city center of Merano can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle already in 10 min. The Merano countryside is worth a visit at any time of the year and offers numerous excursion possibilities. In summer the mountains call for extensive hiking tours and in winter the sunny ski area "Merano 2000", only 8 minutes by car from the apartment (8 km), with its over 40 km of prepared slopes. For more risk-averse skiers and snowboarders, the snow park is just the place to go, and on the alpine bobsled track, fun for young and old is guaranteed.
