Excellent service from all staff, friendly and helpful, responded well with requests. Unfortunately at time of stay no lunch or evening meals being served which at times was frustrating ( I think due to Covid19 measures so not necessarily their fault)

Otelde 2 gece oda, kahvaltı konakladık. Odanın içi, temizliği, konsepti çok güzel. Temizliği ve tertip düzeni gayet güzel. Açık büfe kahvaltıda bol çeşit ve lezzetliydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Açık alanda manzarası güzel. Sabah 5 de kalkıp balonları uzaktan seyredebilirsiniz. Oda içinde manzara yok ama odaların tasarımı çok şık. Yürüyerek şehir içine rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Biz memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim.

Daha önce de konaklama yaptığım bu oteli bu sefer hiç beğenmedim. Sezon olmadığını söyledikleri halde oda ve fiyat karşılaştırıldığında çok pahalıydı. Kahvaltı çok kötü idi. Reçeller donmuş ve şekerlenmişti. Sıcak tek şey omletti ve biz sıcak sorunca buzluktan börek çıkardılar ki çok kötü idi. Oda için Aralık ayında 338 ₺ öderken, ilk beş dakikada kalktığımız kahvaltı için de 70₺ ödedik. Hoşnut olmadığımız durumları ilettiğimizde ‘kusura bakmayın’ bile demediler. İletişim ve memnuniyet umurlarında değildi. Bilerek geldiğimi düşündüğüm otelde hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Zira insan butik ve konsept bir otelde en azından Güler yüz görmeli.

Konum güzel. tüm avanos ayaklarınız altında.Otelde sadece kahvaltı var.Çok fazla bi şey yemediğim için idare eder.Suit odada kaldım.Güzel bi sıkıntı yok. Çok fazla beklenti içinde olmamak lazım.Zaten yatmadan yatmaya geliyorsunuz.24 saat çalışan tek bir özbekistanlı arkadaş var. Birde öğleden sonra gelip 1-2 saat görünen bir arkadaşımız daha mevcut. Başka kimseyi göremezsiniz. Ha bide köpeğimiz quin mevcut.Son gün Özbekistanlı arkadaşımızın ağresif tutumu tatilimizi burnumuzdan getirdi.Dikkat etmek lazım. Eşim zor zapdetti.

Misafiri bariz bir şekilde yolunacak kaz olarak gören, fotoğraflardan farklı oda ile karşılaşacağınız, temizlik sorunu olan, kış dönemi oturacak bir yeri dahi olmayan, yine kış dönemi kahvaltı vermeyen ve neden bu zamanlarda açık tuttuklarını anlamadığım tesis. Tüm ücreti yakıp oteli terkettim o derece kötü işletme, o derece kötü tesis. Aman dikkat! Geri ödemesiz rezervasyon yapmayın bildiğiniz tuzak.

kahvaltı mükemmeldi bayıldık

Kahvaltıda ki herşey el yapımı ve mükemmeldi, dışarıda para verip yapabileceğiniz bir kahvaltının ötesinde, özellikle frambuazlı cheescake mükemmeldi ! Otel odaları hava soğuk olmasına rağmen baya sıcaktı ve konforluydu. Biz aslında çok memnun kaldık ama bir tek son gün otelden çıkış işlemini yaparken bizden son içtiğimiz kahvenin parasını istediler. 20 tl için böyle bi diyaloğa gerek yoktu bence, önce ki günler herkesin içtiği kahveden son gün para istemek saçmaydı biz anlam veremedik.. Bu bizde tatsız bi anı bıraktı ama bunun dışında herşey harikaydı.

Yoğun iş temposundan kurtulmak için çıkmış olduğumuz tatilimizde herşeyin kapadokyanın güzelliğine eşlik etmesi bekledik ancak kahvaltının açık büfe denmesine rağmen sıradan aceleyle hazırlanmış ev kahvaltısı gibi olması, sıcak olarak sadece omlet olması, bebek için aldığımız beşiğin kırık ve kirli olması, Uzun lafın kısası aldığı paranın karşılığı sadece yerin Avanos olmasında, diğer imkanlardan bir kalite beklemeyin, tek güzel yanı gün doğumunda balon seyredebilme imkanı olması...oda bu yörede zaten fazlasıyla var...

Eşimle bir gece kalmaz üzere rezervasyonumuzu yaptık. Otel avanos merkeze yakın ve kızılırmak manzarası var. Odamız da güzel ve genişti. Her şey banyodaki akrebi farkedene kadar gayet güzeldi. Akrebi öldürdük ama gene de içimiz rahat etmedi ve otelden bir gece yarısı ayrılmaya karar verdik. Çıkışta erken çıkacağımızı ve banyoda akrep olduğundan bahsettik. (Fotoğrafını da ekliyorum).15 günde bir ilaçlanmasına rağmen bazen olabildiği söylendi ve kuru bir kusura bakmayınla ayrılmış olduk. Ondan sonrasında da erken çıkışımızla alakalı aranmadık. Bu nedenlerle hiç mi hiç memnun kalmadım ve tekrar gitmeyi asla düşünmem ve kimseye de öneremem.
