Great place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay and experience Avanos. The host was very nice and made us feel welcome. The room itself was more of a suite with a lot of space and great for someone that wants a kitchenette. You can see the hot air balloons over Gorome from the balcony in the distance. Breakfast was a nice home cooked Turkish meal. Only thing to note is that while checkout time in our booking said noon, the actual checkout time was 11am.

Staying at Avanos was an experience out of this world. The room was extremely well equipped to cook and it was immaculately clean. Having a complete Turkish breakfast looking at the stunning landscape with hot air balloons was lovely too. Nazlim is a great host, always with a smile on her face, she guided us in everything we needed it. She booked tours and guided us to make the red tour by ourselves at not extra cost. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret.

Amazing hotel

The stuff was very friendly and helpful in every apsect, and my stay was amazing despite the cancelation of the baloon flight because of the weather condition. Regarding the hotel, thanks to the bus to Göreme from the place close to the hotel and the shuttle bus to the airport from the hotel, it is very convenient and economical. The room in the cave is impressive as you can see the pictures.

Naz is amazing. I had a great experience. She provided an healthy, nutritious breakfast. Her place is clean. She gave us suggestions on what to see. The area is walkable and very safe. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful guest house with great host.

Beautiful guest house on the hills above old Avanos, looking at the landscape of Cappadocia. Naz is a great host, providing sightseeing tips and a great breakfast to start your day. Room was excellent, with view over valley. Lots of fun and interesting antiques and pottery throughout the house to enjoy. This place was a highlight of our trip to Turkey.

Nazlim is an excellent host. Her guest house is in excellent condition and has all the needed things you might want. She is very helpful for whatever is needed. The breakfast given at this guest house is great. I'm happy i booked here for me and my mother. If visiting this region again i wouldn't hesitate to stay here. It being walking distance to Avanos town and 15-20 minutes drive from most tourist experiences in Cappadocia.

Perfect home away from home in Cappadoccia

Stunning views, cosy vibes and feels like home with everything you need. Nazlim (the host) is so attentive and helpful, showed us everywhere to go and provided us a map. Unbelievable value for money, with a huge delicious traditional breakfast spread each morning. Location is also perfect in a quiet town of Avanos, away from the touristy Goreme but still very easy to get there. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed for 3 night's.what a fantastic place.Nazlim is a superb host the rooms feel like home.the location is great,peaceful with plenty of car parking and only a few minutes stroll into the centre.the breakfast is second to none everything was fresh and cooked in front of you.I never managed to finish it once. Stayed in 4 hotels on this road trip this was the best by far,if you want to feel at home and where nothing is to much trouble for an incredible pricelook no further.

I liked the very large rooms - really suites that had cooking facilities included. Also the woman who runs the guest house speaks good English and is extremely helpful. There are only 4 guest rooms, so she is very available to help.

My home away from home

This is my 4th visit to this beautiful home.. its not just a hotel, its an amazing home.. where to start, first the owner with her big smile is a gem. Her uncle Ali is the masterchef who whips up amazing breakfast... I am a frequent traveller, living out of a suitcase for months on end, This is definately one of my favourite places to stay..I am currently here, have 14 nights, yes 14 nights, so for me like being at home. I am very particular about cleanliness, here I dont even think about it, its so homey, clean and comfortable...I am almost reluctant to leave this review, as its my secret gem in Cappadocia.. Every morning I feel like Royalty when Allie and Nazlim serve me breakfast.. Avanos is such a beautiful town, I take walks down to the river and hangout with the locals... If I book 14 nights in a hotel, it says alot. I know services of simple and fancy 5 star hotels, this is HOME

Home away from Home

This is my second stay at this beautiful hotel. My choice of home away from home. The décor is so beautiful and I have enjoyed my stay. It was winter and cold and we enjoyed the fireplace and home cooked meals. The star of this property is the owner Nazlim always ready with a smile and the best breakfast during my 2 month travel through Turkey. Thank you for your amazing hospitality... This gorgeous property is not a hotel, its a home. I stayed over a week and really didn't want to leave .The décor is amazing and its evident so much thought and love was put into it. Rooms are clean and fresh. I am very particular about this. I cooked a few meals and it was simply wonderful after travelling for 4 months. The Owner Nazlim is a gem , always smiling and ready to help. The amazing breakfast...( Oh I miss that )was the best in my 2 month travel through Turkey.. Avanos is a beautiful and charming town, with the gorgeous Avanos river running through.. Coming from a big city, its exactly what I needed and its also here I had my best interactions with the Cappadocia Locals. Don't hesitate to book this amazing place. I am a frequent traveler and have already booked my room In January when I go to see the snow in Cappadocia. THANK YOU NAZLIM for the wonderful memories I left with. I need to come back, forgot my Heart there.

Wonderful

On arrival we were greeted by the owner Nazlim with a big smile and a kiss and felt at home straight away. We were then offered tea and shown to our room. Wow, absolutely beautiful, a very large living area, modern bathroom and a good sized bedroom. The furnishings and decorations are what you would expect in your own home and fully reflect the age of the property. The room was very clean as was all the outside space. The balcony overlooked the valley and we were lucky enough to see the balloons flying past. Breakfast was very good with homemade jam and marmalade. Naz is so friendly and made you feel that you were there as a friend and not a guest. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I would recommend it to any friends going to Cappadocia. Thank you for the two days we stayed there, I wish it could have been longer and hope to see you again.
