this is the perfect location. Coming To Avalon or Stone Harbor for a wedding or special event look no further.
Beautifully maintained home on Channel Road in Avalon Manor. Just 10 minutes to the beaches in Avalon. You are renting the first floor of this single family home with a shared entrance. The first floor you will be renting is private and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath. A large family room with mini bar, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Large flat screen TV and a large front porch. The two large bedrooms with queen beds
are beautifully decorated with walkouts to a lovely front porch.
There is also a room with a table and chairs for your use and a laundry room. There are chaise lounges in the backyard
and an outside shower. Parking for two cars in a private driveway is also included. Adults only and please no more than 4 people.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
