Zilker Zen Sanctuary

***Please note that there is an optional upstairs private studio space with it's own entrance, 1 bed & bathroom for 2 more people for an extra charge. So we have the ability to accommodate 4-6 people.

Luxury modern home with a Zen atmosphere located in the heart of Zilker neighborhood. Enjoy all new construction with double layered sound proofing and whole house water filtration. Numerous high end amenities, a gas fireplace, wide screen TV with top of the line sound system, fire pit in the back yard, and surrounded by flower gardens and three waterfalls. A short car ride or bicycle trek to Barton Springs, ACL, or SXSW. Rest on top of the line foam mattresses and all organic bedding.
The space
Front Garden Area:
Gated relaxing flower garden with seating and light where you can hear the sound of on property waterfalls. Has a propane BBQ pit for your use. Stone walkway access to the back yard garden.

Backyard Garden Area:
Has wooden back deck for sitting and lawn seating near the fire pit. Relax to the sounds of the waterfall.

Kitchen:
Kitchen with marble countertops and island for preparing and enjoying all your meals. Gas stove and Convection oven. Insta hot water dispenser for making tea or coffee. French press. Fill your water bottles with water from the whole house filtration system. Enjoy socializing around the island or sit at the window side dining table.

Living Room:
Extended luxury sofa and leather recliners set around the gas fireplace. Watch from your choice of several subscription channels on 55 inch wide screen TV with a top of the line sound system. Gaze out the pandemic view windows at the moonlit sky or the sun lit gardens and waterfalls. Comes with remote operated blinds for your privacy.

The Master bedroom :
Bed on a raised bed frame with luxury memory foam mattress and all organic cotton sheets, pillows, and bedding. Remote operated whisper quiet ceiling fan and lighting. Connected master bath with shower. Sliding glass door is connected to the backyard garden and wooden back deck.

Second bedroom:
Platform bed with top of the line memory foam mattress and all organic cotton sheets, pillows, and bedding. Remote operated whisper quiet ceiling fan. Sliding glass door connected to the back yard garden and wooden back deck.

Hallway bathroom:
Smaller full bath with modern tile and a sky light in the shower area
Guest access
Street parking and parking in the church parking lot across the street.
(Request guests not park in front of the attached condo property with the stone fence)
Front gate of property clearly marked with address and Unit number 1. Also look for the Om symbol on the door to the gate.
Host will greet guests with the key for access upon check in.
Check in time 4pm. (Earlier may be allowed upon private request to host)
Check out time 11am.
Firepit and barbecue pit access to guests allowed until 10pm.
The front and back yard is shared with a guest residing in the private studio apartment on the property, thought it is rarely used by studio guest.
The property is in a residential neighborhood so host requests guests keep outside volume to a minimum if in the outside gardens past 10pm.
