Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Pile used towels in each of the bathrooms. Leave bedding on each bed.
Remove all trash from house and place in the green can downstairs. Blue can is for recycling.
Turn off fireplace, empty refrigerators, return remote controls, close garage doors. Leave the access card inside of the house on entrance table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Renter must provide copy of a drivers license/passport with in 24 hours of booking or booking can be canceled. Provide license plate 5 days in advance
You may park in the first garage and anywhere in the driveway. Lago Vista does not allow parking on the street and may result in a fine.
Lago Vista enforces a noise ordinance, so outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9pm - 7am. We appreciate your cooperation.

Our stay at this Lago Vista lake home was the perfect blend of fun and luxurious tranquility. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing, worry-free weekend. Every room felt welcoming, and the attention to detail made it easy to unwind the moment we arrived.We spent our days boating, swimming in the lake, playing cornhole, and shuffleboard, and our nights were filled with laughter, s’mores, air hockey, billiards, and soaking in the hot tub. Whether we were sharing meals or enjoying quiet morning coffee, the entire experience radiated peaceful comfort.The hosts were wonderful — responsive, kind, and clearly dedicated to creating a five-star guest experience. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxurious tranquility on Lake Travis!
