-15-minute Drive to Downtown ATX A 3-minute to the W Anderson Lane shopping centers
-3-minute Drive to the Burnet Rd corrider H-E-B, a plethora of local independent eateries, cafes, bakeries, bars and beer gardens, and other local shops!

Getting Around:
This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car however Uber/cabs are available and 6815 Great Northern Boulevard has some transit which means a few nearby public transportation options. Car sharing is available from RelayRides and Getaround.

Other Things to Note:
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

•Guest have access to the entire studio (Unit K).

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
