Lakeway getaway

Perfect location. Really cute condo. Bedroom/bathroom ratio was perfect. Besides a few minor issues with unit (down stairs bedroom door gets stuck when opening and closing the door, master bedroom fan makes a loud knocking noise when on and lastly the actual map/directions provided in the listing were incorrect and had us searching for a while before we figured out where to go) everything was really great. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to others.

Love the remodeled condo - family played golf right outside by our patio. Lots of fun!

Beautiful condominium and well appointed. FIRE ALARMS Non-operational - batteries in three units were no good – dangerous. Other devices need new batteries. We could not see how to Start dishwasher. We had fun holiday together.

Superb Condo

This luxurious condo is very modern and updated. The lovely bathrooms with heated toilets and amazing showers have inspired me to reconsider my own. Having a Keurig with pods was a nice touch in the well-appointed kitchen. When the fire alarm began beeping in the late afternoon, indicating that it was time to change the battery, the help desk was eventually able to have it fixed so that we were able to use the condo that night for sleeping. It is a well-located condo and easy to find in the World of Tennis complex. I would rent it again.

We really liked the place, very nice equipped and was pleased.

The place was nice, everything worked, clean, highly recommend it. Only thing i recommend is to fix the balancer on fans upstairs because they make loud sounds and also the water in sink and shower would fill up and not go down easily (something to do with the water pipes) other than that i would come back and use it them again A++++++

When we 1st got to the property, we didn't have the correct check in code, so I called and the connection was horrible and the person who answered was not friendly, we eventually got the code to the lock box and got into the condo. There were no kitchen towels, the bathroom soap dispensers were empty, limited number of bath towels and face towels, and no detergent for the dishwasher. I called the next day and they did rectify the situation. VRBO and Turnkey charge extra for Service Fee and Cleaning Fee, I should not have to make a call to get basic supplies.

Perfect Place

We were in town for the Lake Travis Film Festival and this couldn’t have been a better place to stay! Close to all the venues we were going to, and anything we needed. The condo was amazing and we loved staying there!

Girlfriend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here! The property was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, the high tech toilets were a nice surprise, and there was adequate space for the 5 of us who stayed there. The location was very convenient and surrounded by great views. I only have 2 minor complaints - 1. The front door lock took us at least 5 minutes to unlock each time we tried to enter. I don't know if there was a glitch but it would not accept the code we were given until about the 10th try (not exaggerating). 2. On our first night, we received a text from the property management stating that they had received complaints of excessive noise. We weren't playing loud music or having a party. It was 5 moms sitting in the dining room and chatting! There was no one next door to us either. I'm not even sure how one would have known to contact the property management and then point them to us. Just an odd thing I wanted to point out. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

Notes on the property

Overall this is a very nice property and we truly enjoyed the stay. there are a few items baht do require property management attention. (1) the shower head apparatus in the upstairs front bedroom is not attached all to the wall, (2) there is an ant issue in the upstairs front bedroom under one of the beds against the window, (3) the master bath drain does not keep up so it may need to be snaked to remove a clog and finally there is a spider in the downstairs shower - house keeping probably cleaned this out after we left but perhaps pest control is needed - in light of the black ants seen upstairs. The Nest Thermostat seems to have a programed afternoon temperature above 78 which resulted in the house being hot when we returned from our work down the street around 6. This was disappointing and frustrating since we were working liquidate an estate property on lakeway BLVD and it the apartment was frustratingly hot each evening when we came back.

Clean and updated!

The condo is very nice and love all the updates! It’s located very close to the public pool and close to the marina. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint is the right blinds. It would really help if you had curtains over them.

Nicely Remodeled

We love the location of the condo, only about a mile from Lake Travis, but most of the condos are old and in need of major remodeling. This unit has been re-done with quality materials and it’s very nice. The only thing I would add, is it needs an ice maker in the fridge. So for now, grab a bag of ice on the way in and you are set for the weekend. And bring your tennis racquets, the courts are right out the back door.

Great rental!

The condo looks like the photos and was everything we hoped it would be and more. Everything inside has been completed updated to make our stay fun and comfortable. Everything works better than expected - love all the technological gadgetry! And the tennis court right out the back door was wonderful to enjoy. This rental would get 5 stars except for 2 things: A) While the unit was very clean in most every aspect, there was a lot of excess dust under and behind the beds, and B) the needs to be some pest control service. We saw many inch-long caterpillars around the floors and a dead cockroach or two under the beds. That's it - otherwise great experience! Would definitely rent there again.
