Welcome to our luxury oasis! This brand-new home boasts a bright open floor plan that opens to the backyard, pool, and oasis in the heart of downtown Austin. It has five bedrooms, four of which have king-size beds, four bathrooms, and a delightful loft. The loft is a perfect gathering space and features a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a queen-sized sleeper. The rooftop deck offers a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

The open and inviting floor plan encourages conversation and warm gatherings. The fully stocked chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances and a comfortable breakfast bar where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen area opens up to the large outdoor living area with a pool. The entire property is fenced and gated, and the large outdoor living area has a pool, gas grill, dining table, and outdoor sectional.

-First Floor: Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, porch access, and a bathroom right outside the door.
-Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 is the primary bedroom. It features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a full bathroom with double sinks, and a private porch.
Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and features a private balcony.
Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
