very clean professional courteous staff. close to where I needed to go.

It was very convenient to the place I needed to go, Nice big room

Clean liked the kitchen with a bigger fridge be back again

Discussing filthy will never ever stay at a 6. Guess I’m not used to that level of hotel.

Staff very friendly, towels I think need to be bigger and maybe put a bath mat in bathroom

The room was cool. I was not happy that the pool was out of order.

Odd hotel. Attempt to make room glitzy modern, room pooly designed, not ergonomic, cramped. Bathroom sink, doors, shower; cramped and not particularly pleasant to use. Toilet 2-3 flushes, attempt at fancy sink and fixtures made it awkward to shave.

Power went out for 6hrs. The fire alarm went off. When power came back “on”, the hotel didn’t actually have full power; instead the power would cycle on for one second every five seconds and the hotel room appliances would be extremely loudly. When I spoke with the front desk about the terrible night, there was no apology given - I was just told it wasn’t their fault.

Our room was dirty, there were liquid spots on the counters, and on the bathroom doors, we didnt dare tough them. It looked like the room was just put together, not thoroughly cleaned. It would have been nice to get plastic utensils to go with the kitchen.

ROUGH shower towels and bed sheets!!! ..................................

The staff was very friendly and the motel was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities of an extended stay hotel for such a great price. This location even has a small workout abd laundry area. It’s not luxurious but everything was clean and comfortable and provided everything needed.

Wanted to stay in a hotel just outside of Austin to be away from the traffic since we were in town for the weekend visiting. We saw reviews and thought it would be an ideal location. We were wrong. I have stayed in many hotels in Texas and this is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. We were traveling with our 4 year old dog and wanted to bring him along so we found that this hotel accepts dogs. I called the week before to book to verify that we could check in before the check in time and the young lady in the front desk informed us that we could check in at noon or even 11am. We thought this would work great since we had to be somewhere at 2pm that day and could not bring our dog. When we arrived at the hotel, around 12:30p, the most rude front desk gentleman said that we couldn't check in until 2pm or we would have to pay a $25 early check in fee. Explained to him that we were told and one of the reasons why we booked the hotel, was that we could check in at 11am or noon without a fee and he accused me of lying. Stating, how do I know you're not lying to me? I thought this was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that there was no manager on duty. 2 minutes later a manager calls his personal cell phone and tells him to charge me money to check in early. Asked if I wanted to leave. The room is the same as the front desk, a terrible accomodation.Bed is hard, bathroom was dirty with pubic hairs on the toilet, not enough towels. AVOID

Everything was great until I looked up on the ceiling. At almost the center of the room. There was a good sized cobweb. Very noticeable unless you are housekeeping.

There was a lot of mold in the room we were given. After complaining we were given another room. Felt uneasy just staying in any room honestly.
