The staff was amazing. Everything was clean.
The room was clean and my kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. I was just disasapointed at first when we came to chek in and nobody was there to help. We had to wait for 15 minutes.
Room was as dark as a dungeon. Breakfast was a joke, frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, room temp yogurt, no juice. I'm going back to the Hampton Inn, even if it costs more.
It took a while for Orbitz to send the reservation to the hotel system.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with reliable heating and cooling. Staff was super friendly! Only disappointment was the pool. I called before booking to ensure the pool was heated and it was not.
