Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to downtown. Private backyard oasis includes pool, hot tub, covered patio with seating, dining table, charcoal grill, and two lounge chairs.
For day trips- we are not far from the Hill Country towns of Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Fredericksburg. These are great spots for Wineries, BBQ, and Breweries!
House is outfitted with a fully functional kitchen. Coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, pans, gas stove, dishwasher, etc!
Each bedroom includes a Saatva Luxury Mattress, touch control bedside lamps with integrated USB ports, and extra blankets.
We have fiber internet, surround sound entertainment system, and a Roku streaming device for access to all of your subscription services.
House includes washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Cleanest, lovely house in quiet Austin neighborhood
Phenomenal pool and hot tub only surpassed by far the cleanest VRBO home I’ve had the opportunity to use yet. Lovely quiet neighborhood in Austin close to everything you need! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy it with my other family members!

Relaxing few days before our conference
We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub at this property in mid-winter for our conference at Regenworld. The property owner was responsive and pleasant. And made sure we had all of the right info, even though it wasn't automatically in the listing. A very nice place to stay.

Loved staying here. Our first time staying in Texas and this home was convenient to everything that we wanted to explore.
Please take the time to go HEB grocery store for your needs and not Walmart. It is so much better. In-N-Out Burger is so close, too.
The pool at this house was awesome, nice lighting and a hot tub that is fabulous!
I would stay again & the host is very mindful of their guest.

Great getaway minutes from the city
Highly recommend for family/groups staying close to Austin. We found it easy to go visit family and see the sights during the day, but we had an awesome home to come back to. The pool/hot tub/bbq were great for a relaxing night in after running around all day. An added bonus of a great tv and sound system topped off most evenings while activities wound down. Just make sure to stop by the Summer Moon coffee trailer the next morning.
Overall, we found this property to be clean, well-kept, simple, and comfortable. Top of the list for our next visit.
