It's located East of I-35, South of the Slaughter Exit, North of TX-45, and West of 183 and 130. The backyard is completely fenced and the property backs up to Onion Creek so there's a lot of extra privacy. Southpark Meadows shopping center is 3.5 miles North on I-35, just South of Slaughter. It has many clothing, houseware, and big-box stores, plus many restaurants and a cinema. There's also a large HEB signature grocery store and Home Depot at the same intersection along with many other restaurants and other convenient retail locations. This is the heart of South Austin!
