The house was awesome, the views were excellent, the house was beautiful, a great place for a family gathering. Marcy was very accommodating and was very quick to respond to any question we had. Something for everyone, laying around the pool during the day, sitting around the fire at night. Having a glass of wine while in the hot tub. Shooting pool in the game room was a great time. Spent hours playing shuffle board with my wife and our son and his girlfriend. The grandkids watched a movie in the theater room while we shot pool and we both enjoyed some popcorn from the upstairs kitchen. One word to describe this home and our stay is "excellent"

The home was warm and inviting with spectacular views. We thought we were in Pulia Italy. So many amenities that we all used at one point or another. The property manager was so helpful and responsive to all our needs. House recommendations of Chefs were fun and delicious!

Amazing home, set up for the perfect getaway. We hosted 18 family members for an intimate wedding celebration, and the setting could not have been better. The view is spectacular, and infinite pool/hot tub combination overlooking is unbeatable.Lots of kitchen space, which was great for a family that loves to cook. The kids really enjoyed the game room and theater. In addition, the property manager is super responsive and ensured that all our needs were met - everything from arranging/delaying lawn and appliance care to making sure we had our questions about local venues answered.

The entire place was immaculate and as advertised. Exceptionally clean and easy to understand with a detailed book of instructions to help navigate on property amenities. Macey was the best host helping us understand the area and local tips. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend, and we had a blast! The house was amazing and the views were stunning. The Property Manager (Macy) was incredible to work with and her attention to detail/hospitality was second to none. If you are looking for a place to get your family together all under one roof, this is it!

Family & Friends Celebration

The property and house are amazing, beyond what the photos imply. 18 of us stayed on site and there was plenty of room to play, relax, and eat. We did not have to leave. The exclusive neighborhood is a plus and the private dock is easily walkable. 5 minute boat ride to Devil's Cove for a fun day on the water. Property manager was very responsive and made planning, check-in, check out very convenient.

Great House

This property was fantastic. Great outdoor space. Big kitchen. The overlook of the lake was beautiful. We rented this house for a 3 day offsite business meeting. Highly recommend to other large groups.

Lovely estate for extended family

3 generations of family stayed here for our annual gathering of the clan. All enjoyed the hot tub (the pool was much too cold though), the fire pit, and being outside in the large yard. The varied areas for socialization and play were particularly nice for the kiddos and adults alike. The views were incredible. Inside, the beds and baths were all comfortable. The downstairs wine-cellar bedroom (what the kids humorously called the dungeon) was clammy and musty, but otherwise fine for the couple who stayed there. The great room was perfect for inside socialization. We mostly brought in already prepared food, but the kitchen was well stocked for sit down meals and food preparation. Finally, Macey was responsive and helpful during all stages of our stay. We hope to return next year!

Amazing long weekend to have my best friends together to celebrate my 40th birthday. There was plenty of room and space for 15 adults. Macey was awesome and always available to answer any questions.

Beyond exceptional experience, one great home!

This was an amazing home. Me and 20 of our closest family spent my mother’s 80th birthday at this magnificent, palatial home. A private getaway with everything we needed to spend the entire time on the property. Everything was top notch. Macey (host) was on top of whatever we needed, before we checked in, to being available early in the morning for my pre caffeinated meltdown because I could not get the coffee maker to work, her communication was spot on! We will definitely be back! Thanks Macey!

STUNNING Lake Travis Private and Serene Retreat

My family booked this home for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The house exceeded all our expectations, it is generously sized and provided our family of 16 people ample room to relax and enjoy all the luxuries the house has to offer. The back yard and pool area gave us a place to relax, recharge, and connect with nature, as well as breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Travis. The property manager, Macey, was very helpful and accommodating and quickly answered all questions and concerns that came up during our stay. I highly recommend this rental - You will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing Place to Stay in Austin

This place was absolutely amazing for our large group. It was extremely clean, the views were immaculate, and we were able to sleep 17 extremely comfortably. The property management group stayed in constant contact and were able to assist if we had any questions or issues at all immediately. If anyone has a large group and doesn’t mind the 45 min drive to the city, this home is incredible and worth every penny.

Beautiful Views and a great Time

Everyone truly loved this property. We had a little family getaway to celebrate a 40th Birthday. It was big enough that no one got in anyone's way and enough to do that nobody got bored including the younger kids. The views were amazing, and the pictures do not do this place justice. The home is very remote, private and a great place to entertain at. We chose to bring in a hibachi chef and had a blast. The house had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay for My Mom's 60th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at this gorgeous property for several nights in February 2023 for my mother's surprise 60th birthday with our family from California. It was an absolutely amazing time! The property is great with ample amenities for both kids and adults. From the theater to the outdoor putting green to the hot tub, we used it all. The guest bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests and each having their own bathrooms proved to be very convenient. The kitchen area is amazing, we hired a private chef for one of the evenings and they too, enjoyed utilizing it. Macey, the property manager, was attentive to our needs and very resourceful. This trip left us with amazing memories, and this beautiful property played a central role for that. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Lake Travis area.

Amazing Property

The property was beyond gorgeous, it truly is a beautiful space! There were a few functions of the home that need updates (basic kitchen appliances, toilet seat, ice machine), but overall it didn't effect the quality of our stay. The check-in and check-out process were easy, and the manager was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will miss the sunrises there.

Breathtaking home with a breathtaking view

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and more. There is a near by grocery store and liquor store to get any items you need for your stay. Only a few minutes from the neighborhood. We will be back!! My favorite part was watching the sunrise each morning. You can see it from almost anywhere in the home. Beautiful

Beautiful place to enjoy Lake Travis views and enjoy time with friends

Overall great stay. The property manager was very responsive. The check-in process was easy as well. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap readily available in each room. The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary appliances to cook. Plenty of fridge space, and a game room to enjoy with friends. We turned on the outdoor fire pit at night and enjoyed the sunset.

INCREDIBLE stay. Will be returning

I had the please of staying at this property for a few days and I will make sure to extend how many days when I return. The home has a beautiful 180' view of lake travis. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful to watch from the view way up high. Plus if you want to get closer to the water, they have boat dock with a slip, perfect to park a rented boat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond for anything we needed. We look forward to returning in the future
