Located right off of 2222 and the 360 loop, this 1B/1B unit features brand new cabinets with granite countertops, a large walk-in closet, ceiling fans with remote in living room and bedroom, 75-inch television, washer and dryer in unit, and balcony surrounded by mature trees. Guest has access to all community amenities including swimming pool, hot tub, cabana & gas grill, and fitness center. Assigned parking spot is right in front of unit. All utilities plus internet included.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
