Beautiful 1,700 square-foot updated home with bamboo floors, a large kitchen island with granite countertops, two smart TV's, remotes to all ceiling light fans, dimmable lights above the kitchen island, outdoor seating, an outdoor BBQ grill, and nice soft grass in the front yard and back yard. This home is 2 blocks from Lake Pflugerville, a playground, and large grass playing fields. The living room has a memory foam queen-size sofa sleeper, and both the guest room and primary bedroom have queen size beds. Two inflatable queen-size air mattresses will be provided with additional sheets, blankets, and pillows if needed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.
