Great location and property

Location is great; one block off South Congress. Very clean and updated. Comfortable indoor and outdoor space for our group of seven. Easy check in/out. Would recommend and stay again

Fantastic House

This house is adorable and I'm the best location! The beds are super comfy and it's decorated beautifully! We are pretty picky on our rentals and this one did not disappoint. Communication was amazing and they were so accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Clean, great location, but safety issue not addressed during stay

The house was clean, accurately as described on listing, excellent location, great backyard porch. However the management company did not address an issue with safety that we reported during our stay. The sliding door in the master bedroom would not lock. Management company requested photos. Never heard back from them nor did anyone come to look at the lock. We had to use the handle of a broom to wedge in the frame. The fact anyone could have broken in was unsettling. And the lack of addressing the issue or following up was even more upsetting. My best experiences with vrbo have been when the communication is directly with the owner. I will beware of future stays managed by Vacasa.

Clean, cute house near Congress St

These accomodations were excellent. Well-equipped kitchen with a variety of staples, including spices, sugar, flour, vinegar and others. Icemaker not available so will need to purchase ice. Soft sheets on supportive beds. Great choice for our family of 5 adults.

Quiet Neighborhood Next to the Hustle

Great location, walkable (>0.25 miles) to the heart of S. Congress Street. Close, convenient drive to other attractions. Comfortable space, cool layout.

Great Location

We were in Austin attending a wedding at South Congress Hotel and this house was less than a 3 minute walk. Perfect location and so convenient to all the shops/restaurants on S. Congress. Home was clean, updated and beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

Felt Right At Home

The pictures on this listing do not do this home justice. It is so beautiful, inside and out, and my team and I felt right at home. It is - hands down - the BEST rental house I've ever stayed in. Quiet, lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from Congress Ave and all of the restaurants and shops on the row. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in the best location

We lived in this neighborhood for 10 years before moving out of state in 2020. We stayed with our 4-year old. This home is better than the pictures represent, and in the best location in Austin. The house is immaculate and perfect for a family or 2 groups traveling together. We will make this our home base whenever we travel back to Austin.

Best VRBO we ever stayed in🤩

We have stayed at VRBO’s internationally. This was the best!! Great communication from the start. Easy access on arrival, great layout of home. Very clean, kitchen had every utensil needed to cook, drink and serve. The backyard deck and yard super and private. Only 1 block from Congress super quiet location!!! We wil be back!!

Great Location

The property was so nice and very clean. Just one block away from South Congress which has a ton of restaurants and shops. The only downside was the late 4pm check in, especially on a holiday weekend where everyone in the group was flying in much earlier that day. Overall, the stay was great and would highly recommend.

Wonderful house and location

However the house was sweltering when we arrived so we had to leave for hours until it cooled off. Called turnkey and they said someone could look at it the next day. Then the Uverse tv was not connected without instructions and so we asked for help but never received it.
