This condo features a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and full washer & dryer set-up. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or stroll down to the neighborhood coffee house.
There is one covered parking space in the gated carport and ample street parking.
The condo is walking distance to coffee shops, breweries, and the running trail for those avid runners.
