Modern 1BR Condo | 5 Min to Downtown ATX | Parking

My husband Sam and I bought our condo back in 2017. We live in a house now further South here in Austin. Our condo is fully furnished with bed linens, towels, and kitchen is fully stocked for making whatever you want. The bathroom has two access doors. One is in the private bedroom, and the other is in the livingroom bookcase that is the "hidden" door. There is a washer&dryer unit in the balcony closet. We provide laundry pods from Dropps, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, and hotel-sized shampoo/conditioner/lotion. I refill the bottles with fructis or something similar. We're aware that there are a few floor tiles in our condo that are cracked. It doesn't shift but we will repair those tiles as soon as we can.
We're new to the Airbnb world so please give us honest feedback on how we can improve!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The condo also includes a washing machine.
