You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Mina House: Tiny Cottage Vibes in East Austin
The Sweet Cottage awaits your Austin stay with meditation, writing, yoga, or purely relaxing away from the town's hustle. Set on a quiet street in the creative East Austin neighborhood, the cottage is ideal for getting away from it all or being close to some of the iconic venues of the area.
-walk to the BEST bars and eateries in Austin
-large outdoor space (deck of the front house might be used, but quite far from the tiny home)
-free on-street parking
Walk around the house, through a gate, then across the yard to the cottage. With a queen bed, kitchenette, and a full bathroom, you may never want to leave.
We occasionally use the back deck of the front house, but the back yard is VERY large. We would be cautious to not disturb but say HI!
Upon request we can have a Pack N Play ready :)
If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
