Welcome to this spacious 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath offering a quiet suburban feel with easy access to anywhere in Austin!
This home is very open with the perfect concept for family game night or total relaxation. It is decorated with the minimalist in mind while having everything that you could possibly need for your stay.
Our location is minutes from Kalahari Resort, Dell Diamond, Round Rock Sports Center, and Round Rock Multipurpose Complex. We are 30 minutes from Downtown and Lake Travis.
The space
The property is very open with 4 bedrooms, a large game room and a bonus room that can be used for naptime with infants, gaming or an additional room.
The backyard is very spacious, and it doesn't back up to any neighbors so you can enjoy the privacy that it brings!
Guest access
The entire property is accessible to guest with the exception of the garage.
Other things to note
There is a Ring Camera at the front door for the exterior of the home as well as your safety. NO cameras inside of the home.
If you are in need of access to charge an electrical car, we can accommodate you with an extension cord and an outlet outside of the home.
