Step into your own island paradise for one or two in the hill country! With architecture reminiscent of an excursion in Tuscany you will think you were at an Italian castle. Especially in your condo complete with castle like turret. Lots of love and care has been taken to provide you comforts and spa like amenities. Put on a robe and stroll to the pool below or book a facial or massage at the spa on site. Or sit in the sauna after a game of tennis or pickleball. The adventure is yours to create.

Here at the Casita you will find a spacious and bright 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa that comes equipped with a large screen TV and free/excellent WIFI. In addition you will find a pickleball set, board games, puzzles, books and magazines. This Villa is for 1 or2 Total Guests only!!!

Modern kitchen has all the basics you could need...including complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Washer/ Dryer are available in a shared, coin operated laundry room in the complex. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable KING sized bed. Take your relaxation out onto the patio space and take in the incredible views and some of the best sunsets on our Lake and in the Texas Hill Country! You will find we have equipped our space with lots of extras...pool towels, pool noodles, tennis racquets, etc!

We strive to provide for the ultimate guest experience. You have access to all the wonderful amenities the Island of Lake Travis has to offer...pools, gym, spa/sauna, wildlife, tennis and so much more. You can also contact local vendors for kayaks, SUP, pontoon and speed boat rentals, etc. Be as busy or as relaxed as you like...you truly can do it all at the Island!

***We rent this Villa to 2 total HUMAN Guests. We love our pets too, but not in our Villa. If you are found to have any additional extra guests, small children or pets) sleeping in this Villa you will be asked to leave the property without refund. You also risk losing your entire security deposit. No exceptions*** we have other condos that are set up especially special for larger groups,
littles and fur babies. Let us know if you would like us to make those arrangements.

As a guest at the Casita you will be able to access 2 Outdoor Pool/Hot Tub areas, tennis courts, outdoor observation areas as well as communal charcoal grilling/picnic areas. There is also an Indoor Pool, Spa, Sauna and Gym area located within the Complex. The onsite Boutique can provide access to Shuffleboard, Disc Golf, Picnic setups, etc. All booked guests are furnished with our Welcome Document that contains lots of tips and info of things to do, see and eat at nearby...as well as throughout the Hill Country/Central TX/Austin areas.

by text or messaging app, between 8 am to 10 PM. We live locally and know the Central TX/ Austin area fairly well. Onsite you will find a binder with tips and information on local spots of interest. We also furnish booked guests with that information prior to their stay so they can plan their perfect Getaway!

The Villa is within The Island at Lake Travis in Lago Vista, TX @45-55 minutes from downtown Austin. Surrounded by the Lake and the Hill Country, the complex features 3 Pools with heated Hot Tubs, indoor Spa/ Sauna/Pool/Gym along with and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, fishing area and picnic pavillions. Onsite Spa/Salon & Boutique with kayak, SUP, disc Golf rentals & more! Scenic views abound, easy Lake access and all the nature you can imagine...deer can often be spotted roaming the grounds!

This Villa is in Lago Vista...on the far north side of Lake Travis, heading into the Hill Country and is proximate to FM 1431 between Cedar Park and Marble Falls.

Having your own car is recommended but there are uber, lyft, public transportation options and Pronto (private delivery service of food, groceries, convenience items, etc.). You are 30 minutes from the Metrorail Stop that runs into Austin. There are nearby restaurants/convenience store option but they aren't walkable from the Villa.

This Villa is NOT in the immediate downtown Austin area (45+ minutes away ) NOR is it on the Lakeway/Dripping Springs side of the Lake (60+ minutes away)

You will need a car to get around the Lago Vista area. There are vendors in the lake area offering day rates for boat, jet ski, kayak and SUP excursions. There are three golf course located close by. We are an easy 30 minute drive to Cedar Park Center so consider us if you are attending an event there! The Balcones National Wildlife Refuge is 15 minutes from the Casita...enjoy hiking, scenic views and animal watching without having to go too far!
