Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. Upon arrival at Big Bear, our staff will meet you at our local AvantStay office and provide your check-in details. We do not accept check-ins after 7pm.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Property is for sale, flyers of the property is the first thing you see when you walk in the door, house is stripped down to a bear minimum, only two tvs, none in the living room, kitchen, pool table room with the view, just looks like they left the minimum staging requirements. The photographer for the listing should get an award.

Nice place but could be very nice
The property overall is pretty nice. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Well stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped. A few minor tweeks would make the place more comfortable. First, but an inexpensive bluetooth stereo system for the main level so that guests can connect and play music during meals. That would add a lot and cost very little. Also, all of the recessed lights are LED and EXTREMELY bright when turned on. For instance the dining room has 6-8 recessed lights that when turned on are super bright. You feel like you're in an interrogation room. Install a 50 dimmer switch to solve this problem and it would greatly enhance the comfort level. Also, leave very clear instructions regarding how to turn on the heater in the pool and spa. We could never get the spa up to temp. Even your pool guy couldn't explain how to do this. Spa was at the exact same temp as the pool (which btw was comfortable for the pool but not hot enough for a spa).
