The pool and hot tub were not functioning during our entire stay. Contacting owner proved to be less than helpful and they refused to help or fix the issues. Outside porch and outdoor areas are not well equipped and the pictures exaggerate their conditions

Overall horrible experience. For starters, the pool was dirty as was the hot tub upon cleaning it it didn’t work we had to do most of the cleaning for the pool and the hot tub thinking that it was going to work. The surround sound in the home never worked the coffee maker didn’t work. The thermostats were already set wrong. We didn’t even move them. Had to adjust it for them upon asking if we could do a late check out all I got back from them was the rules and regulations instead of actually answering a message he would just send a PDF of what needed to be done once I complained about all of the things that were wrong. He then messaged to me and told me I could leave an hour late. I was already in bed at this point. It was very late. We ended up checking out on time actually may be about two hours early. Will never rent again
