Luxurious but extremely family friendly Italian Villa w/ large heated pool and spa in sought after Travis Heights, just a short walk to bustling South Congress. Stunning downtown views from backyard pool and spa and two covered patios. Newly updated kitchen and dramatic finish-out. 25-ft ceilings, spa-like master bath, beautiful private courtyard, lush landscaping, walk-out basement w/ guest quarters, and play room, elegant study, walk to downtown by accessing the hike and bike trail just behind the home. Plus...we have allllllll the kid stuff! We have both a teenager and a toddler so have everything a family might need. High chairs, pack and plays, a crib, baby-proofing, ride on toys, bikes, scooters, play house, sand box, etc. Perfect for multi-generational family gatherings. This is our personal home so not looking to be the party house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
