Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this downtown Austin apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from Rainey Street and Lady Bird Lake. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The building itself is beautiful and packed with great amenities, and the communication with the property owners and staff was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit, true to pictures

Enjoyed our 1 week stay in this unit. Check in was easy, and unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Other reviews mentioned too few hangers in the closets, which was true, but we made it work. Only complaint was the limited number of towel bars in the bathrooms. Only one in the main bath, none in the 1/2 bath. Rooftop pool area was nice. Gathering spaces in the lobby were convenient. Didn’t use the yoga room or fitness space, but walked through early in the week and they looked clean and well appointed. Would stay in this unit again if I was in town.

Good value

For the same price as a single hotel rolm in the area we had nice space with full kitchen. The 2nd room was just a barn door so not perfect for kids but worked well with a sound machine and way better than all in one room.

Heart of Texas oasis

Highly recommend! The condo is sleek yet comfy, and the location is unbeatable - easy walking distance to Lady Bird Lake and lots of local eateries and shops. The condo is pet-friendly and the building has a fantastic dog park on the 10th floor. The unit is managed by AvantStay and we were blown away with their responsiveness, friendliness, and hospitality. Perfect 10 all around.

Cool vibe - hip high rise (cross btwn hotel and condo)

Terrific location and awesome amenities including onsite coffee/cocktail bar. Secure check-in with in-person confirmation from prior facial and drivers license submission to AvantStay (third party mgmt team). Excellent unit (despite a few minor maintenance issues) and superbly located right by on-trend grocery and easy access to walking path. I'm super picky (in hospitality biz for yrs) and this one is worth it. Be prepared for a few things: there are many players in this booking, the front desk makes it feel like a hotel but isn't the same, and as with anything, some amenities may or may not be available. But I would absolutely come back to this one if they keep it price competitive.

Great stay! Love this property.

Grest place to stay. We stayed here for the second time for ACL with our teens. It was a great space for us all, kitchen use saved us many times for breakfast and coffee and the condo was relaxing and very clean. We loved the walkable area and had access to everything. We will be back next year. Thank you.

Wonderful experience

We stayed at this property for parents weekend. The unit was perfect for our weekend! Clean, comfortable and quiet at night. It was about a 15 min ride to campus with easy access to 35. The coffee/bar downstairs was convenient for a quick snack-but the unit did provide a coffee machine and coffee for our stay. That was a nice touch. And there’s plenty of food options within walking distance.

Good location

Natiivo is a high rise condo that feels like a hotel. Good location off Lady Bird trail and next to Rainey Street. The amenities are nice particularly the coffee/ bar on the first floor. Pool is a busy place and has a nice view. Condo kitchen has the basics and the beds are comfortable. Overnight parking is $40. There is street parking. It met our expectations.

The right choice for an Austin getaway!

Natiivo was a great choice for our week-long visit to Austin. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lots of amenities to enjoy, especially the fitness center. Easy access to downtown Austin and for travel outside of the city. Great views of the city from our balcony. Would stay there again in the future.

Nice place for a short stay!

Our group was three 50-ish women looking for a weekend spot. Austin was perfect and this Avanstay VRBO fit the bill. the property isn't large - but big enough. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom was a murphy bed (I'd guess full size). The full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and a half bath near the entry - it was nice to have a 1/2 bath. Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. It was nice to have outdoor space, though it was small. There was one chair and a side table - a second chair would block the door. The rooftop pool was great with outstanding views! We had a few questions but texted and called to get answers - very responsive! There were no mirrors or towel hooks in the bedrooms so we had to improvise on that. Next time, I'd bring a small extension cord just to get outlets where you need them. The area was easily walkable with a small grocery, restaurants, music, etc. all nearby. The area was a young area but we didn't feel uncomfortable being a little older. People all around so no issues with safety, especially in a group of three.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at the condo. It was a convenient location, close to the restaurants and activities. I loved jogging along the lake, enjoyed the wonderful valet service, restaurants, and the condo size was perfect for our family.

Clean, Modern Space Right Near Rainey

My friends and I came here on a girls long weekend and it was the perfect space for us. The only problem that we had was that in the description of the property it said that there was a King bed and a Queen bed in addition to the pull out couch, however it was actually a Full bed so one of our friends had to sleep on the couch. Additionally there was no hangers or really that much space to put clothes but when we asked the host to provide some hangers they were prompt about providing ten - a few more would be great. Tons of closets but only 10 hangers :( Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

problems with linen delivery and check out instructions

We had booked a property for 4 adults. Upon arrival, we only had two wash cloths for our stay. I had call and asked to have more wash cloths delivered, went out to explore the town to return to no wash cloths but hand towels. I then had called the next day for additional wash cloths that were delivered while we were gone. We reviewed the check out guidelines but it does not specify where to leave the keys or if trash had to be taken out and where the receptacle was located. This information should be included in the check out instructions. This required an additional 2 phone calls.

Great location; clean property!

Property is in a great location close to downtown, and adjacent to Lady Bird Lake hike/bike trails and Rainey St. Historic District. The property was clean, spacious, and had great views of the lake and the western end of the downtown skyline. Easily accessible from the freeway, and has a shallow pool on the roof with additional views.
